Visit us and we will help you place the order in-store. Together, we choose the right bike, size and accessories before you check out. Select Collect & Ride and Ride On as your collection point, and we take care of the rest.
Right from the start
We help you choose the model, size and accessories so the complete order suits your needs.
Assembled and adjusted
We unpack, assemble and inspect the bike. When you collect it, we adjust it for you and take care of the packaging.
We handle transit damage
If the bike is damaged in transit, we deal with Canyon directly. You do not have to manage the process yourself.
Simple warranty support
You have a local contact who knows both your bike and your order, making follow-up and warranty claims easier.
You collect a race-ready bike, correctly set up and ready for its first ride.
After the run-in period
We recommend a service after three months.
Cables, bolts and components can settle during the first few months. A check and any necessary adjustments will keep the bike performing as it should.
